Cooking has never been just a job for me — it’s the language through which I’ve lived and learned.
Over the years, I’ve worked in kitchens that couldn’t be more different from one another: seaside restaurants on Greek islands, fine dining venues in European cities, and high-end hotels in the Swiss Alps. Each of them shaped a part of who I am today.

Through this journey, I’ve learned that cooking is about far more than recipes or technique. It’s about rhythm, respect, and awareness — knowing when to lead, when to listen, and how to bring harmony to a kitchen no matter the pressure.

My experience has taught me to move comfortably between styles — from Mediterranean warmth and simplicity to the structure and refinement of European cuisine.
What connects them all is my focus on honest ingredients, balance in flavor, and a clean, thoughtful approach to food.

Now, based in the Netherlands, I continue to evolve — creating dishes that reflect where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and what I still love most about this craft: the power of food to connect people, moments, and emotions.
